Stop by The Franklin Clubhouse

Visit Summerfest on the Delaware Waterfront for Roller Skating, Miniature Golf and Franklin Ice Cream! Enjoy scoops, Sundaes, Floats, Milkshakes and refreshing cold beverages while you play the back nine! New to our menu, try Real Fruit Pops, frozen popsicles made of all natural ingredients with no artificial colors.

The Franklin Freeze

Mixing one part Thirst-Ade, one Ice Cream and one Ice with the spindle of our mixing apparatus, we create THE FRANKLIN FREEZE. It shall send a jolt of coolness through your body, and leave a pleasant tingle on your taste buds. We suggest Lemon Ice & Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Cream, blended with fresh squeezed Lemonade.

Lavender Soda Syrup

Floral and sophisticated, our Lavender Soda Syrup is made from locally grown lavender steeped with organic sugar and water. We suggest mixing it with our house-squeezed Lemon Soda Syrup.
